Our toolbox contains different types of tests and analysis tools. We utilize both personality analysis, personality questioners, and ability tests. Ask us, and we will use the option best suited for your needs.
Why do we test candidates when recruiting?
First and foremost, to reduce the risk of a bad hire. It is useful and cost effective to use tests when looking for a new coworker. However, it is important that the tests measure what you wish to measure. A certified advisor from M4U will help you choose the test(s) which will make the selection of the right candidate as accurate as possible.
Research shows that tests, in combination with other methods (e.g. structured interviews, reference interviews etc.) will help make the selection more precise. As previously pointed out, nothing is more expensive than a bad hire.
We have certified advisors for SHL's ability and personality test (OPQ32r- Verify G+) and Thomas International personality and ability tests (Thomas PPA).
